Ingredients LO*PRO Rice Starch Loaf - Water, Rice Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Polydextrose (From Corn), Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil with Methylsilicone Added), Cellulose Fiber, Yeast, Methylcellulose, Gluten-free Bread Flavor (From Vegetables), Xanthan Gum, Calcium Chloride (A Flavor Enhancer), Gluten-free Vanillin (An Artificial Flavor). LO*PRO Rice & Tapioca Loaf - Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour. Safflower Oil or Canola Oil, Pear Juice, Carbohydrate Gum (from Cottonseed), Guar Gum, Cellulose Fiber, Gluten-Free and Grain-Free Yeast. Enriched with thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin and Iron.
